Seven Seas Reverse Osmosis Plant

J. Benton was selected as the civil contractor by Seven Seas Water for this 3.3 MGD salt water reverse osmosis (SWRO) plant at the Randolph E. Harley Power Plant in St. Thomas. Scope of work included site grading and preparation of the building pad using screened in-situ material, as well as imported structural fill, rock removal, in-slab electrical rough-in, grounding installation, plumbing rough-in, site drainage and utilities. Site improvements included the construction of a retaining wall, concrete curbs, transformer pad and gravel driveway and parking.
