Construction Management

We are familiar with both CM-Agency and CM At-Risk delivery methods.  This project delivery method allows an owner to engage the Construction Manager early in the design process to provide constructability, phasing, pricing and scheduling input.  The Construction Manager is generally selected on the basis of qualifications, past experience and/or a best value basis.  In a CM At-Risk scenario the owner and Construction Manager (at a pre-determined percentage of design completion) agree to a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the construction of the project based on a defined scope and schedule.
