#3 Hill Street Historic Renovation

#3 Hill Street has been recorded by the Historic American Buildings Survey of the United States Department of Interior for its archives at the Library of Congress. The renovation transformed the 4500SQFT  historic 1770’s building into a Class A office and courtyard featuring up-scale finishes, energy-efficient windows and air conditioning will support more sustainable building operations than the previously outdated infrastructure.
