Government Employees' Retirement System, Executive Office Building

J. Benton was selected to manage construction of the Government Employees’ Retirement System, Executive Office Complex—a project that sat idle for over two years as the previously selected contractor was unable to build past the first floor structure. The project included extensive remedial work to all of the major scopes of work as well as extensive upgrades to greener, more sustainable systems.
