Located in the heart of Christiansted, this historic property (250+ years old) renovation required an extensive demolition phase during which the entire building was gutted and substantial structural issues where discovered that required creative upgrades.

The building required new custom built steel and reinforced concrete columns and beams to be inserted into the existing building frame to allow for the building to maintain its historic significance and the desired new renovations. Additionally, a complete new plumbing and mechanical system was installed, new electrical system including ATS and generator, a (3) stop elevator and shaft, complete exterior door and window package, new exterior facade and EFIS system, new silicone roofing system, parking lot, elevated courtyard, exterior grand staircase, new stair tower structure, new decorative screen wall, new mechanical yard, new kitchens/coffee bars/catering area, complete interior renovation of all walls, ceilings, doors, millwork, casework and tile.
