Kye Walker

Kye was born and raised in St. Croix and completed her undergraduate studies at the Florida A&M University and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2001. She served as a law clerk to Justice Maria M. Cabret and later, as Managing Counsel to the 27th Legislature of the Virgin Islands. As General Counsel, Kye oversees risk management and contract administration.

Kye is a Trustee of the Good Hope Country Day School and Board Member of the St. Croix Foundation. She is also an active member of the Virgin Islands Bar Association and was recently awarded for her service as Chair of the Legislative Committee. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the federal and local courts of the Virgin Islands.
