Ana Foster

As the Human Resource Manager for J. Benton Construction, Ana serves as the go-between for the company and its employees. She ensures compliance and oversees training and development. A resident of St. Croix for over 20 years, she graduated from the University of the Virgin Islands with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and is one of a few HR Managers in the territory to hold a Professional Human Resources (PHR) credential from the HR Certification Institute. This certification demonstrates mastery of the technical and operational aspects of HR practices and U.S. laws and regulations. Anna holds a black belt in Taekwondo and enjoys dancing.
