The Westin St. John, Hurricane Reconstruction

This incredible property suffered extensive damage after Hurricane Irma in 2017.  J. Benton had the opportunity to quickly restore the 52 poolside units including new roof structures, M/E/P systems and all new interior finishes. This enabled the resort to be brought back on-line and accepting guests within 11 months. Additionally, J. Benton converted the sales center and water sports center to new dockside and land side guest check-in areas, renovated the kids center, deli, and the former lobby building was demolished and converted into a spacious open-air lounge.
