Margaritaville Vacation Club by Wyndham

The first Margaritaville themed vacation ownership project in the world is located on the northern side of St. Thomas and includes the conversion of 290 existing hotel rooms into 262 fully furnished condominium style units. This project included upgrading seven beachfront buildings and common areas including a reception building, pool area with a 5 O’clock Somewhere bar, market place, Margaritaville® restaurant, dive shop with water activities and venues for live music.  Phase two consisted of converting six hillside buildings and adding another pool and bar built into the side of a hill.
